With guidance from Sherwood Heights’ experienced counselors and teachers, Maya has mapped out a clear pathway to achieve this goal. Maya is confident knowing she has completed the required courses, participated in relevant volunteer opportunities, and is academically prepared for the rigors of university. Sherwood Heights’ supportive environment has empowered Maya to pursue her dreams with determination and confidence.

The SHS Elementary Choir proudly represented our school at the 2025 Peel Music Festival, delivering an exceptional performance that earned them 1st place in their category! The experience was filled with excitement, anticipation, and beautiful music. In the weeks leading up to the event, choir members showed tremendous dedication as they worked diligently to refine their pieces. The festival offered a unique opportunity to connect with fellow musicians, listen to choirs from other schools, receive insightful feedback from the adjudicator, and celebrate their shared passion for music. We are incredibly proud of their achievement—congratulations to all!
