In the News
Grade 11 and 12 students visited McMaster University as part of their Careers in Focus course. They took part in a hands-on plant molecular genetics workshop, exploring genotyping and gene expression analysis.
Guided by McMaster @mcmasteru researchers, students practiced real lab techniques such as DNA extraction, PCR, and reporter gene analysis—sparking interest in future studies and careers in science and biotechnology.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all students, staff, and families who participated in our recent initiative in support of Easter Seals—Canada’s largest provider of transformative programs, services, equipment, and leadership opportunities for the disability community.
Together, we raised over $1,000! Your generosity will help fund essential mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, and ramps, and will also give children the chance to attend summer camps where they can enjoy sports and other enriching activities.
Congratulations to our winner who successfully guessed the correct number of treats and winning the jars to share with their families, as well as the raffle draw for the Ultimate Bunny Bucket!
